Minimum age

The minimum age for buying our services is 18 years. If you are underage you will need to have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Service

OVPN Integritet AB provides an online integrity service through its encrypted VPN tunnel.

We use a 2048-bit Diffie–Hellman key as a 'HMAC firewall', along with a 1024-bit TLS-key to make sure the key exchange can be done safely during the authentication phase. The Diffie–Hellman key allows us to quickly ignore data packets that are sent to us which partly protects OVPN from DoS(Denial-of-Service)-attacks. The Diffie–Hellman key also decreases the amount of information sent from our servers to unknown parties.

Payments

Payments are always done in advance. OVPN.se allows five different payment methods, including PayPal, Credit card payment, Swish, Bitcoin and cash sent in an envelope. The subscription period begins when OVPN.se receives the payment.

If within the European Union, all prices stated include the VAT of the country you're visiting from. If outside the EU, no VAT is charged. See this page for more information.

Subscription periods

OVPN.se offers three different subscription lengths. 1 month (31 days), 3 months (93 days) and 1 year (366 days). The contract between OVPN Integritet AB and the customer runs as long as the subscription length.

Personal subscription

Subscriptions are personal and may not be used by other people. If multiple users use the same account it will be suspended immediately.

Refund policy

In accordance with Swedish law under which OVPN operates, we reserve the right to refuse refunds of digital services, as they are considered to be in-use at the moment of activation.
However, if we fail to deliver what our service promises, we offer the opportunity to cancel the subscription.

For monthly subscriptions, OVPN allows customers to cancel their purchase within 5 days given that the customer can prove that OVPN has not delivered what was promised. This is only applicable the first time the customer makes a purchase.

For subscriptions longer than a month, OVPN allows customers to cancel their purchase within 10 days, given that the customer can prove that OVPN has not delivered what was promised. This is only applicable the first time the customer makes a purchase.

Renewal of subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically when payment was done via a Credit card or Paypal. Credit card & PayPal payments are the only payment methods enabling automatic subscription renewal.

The customer can, at any point, deactivate automatic renewal on the account dashboard. No charges will be made if automatic subscription renewal is inactive.

Purchasing the OVPNbox

The customer has 14 days from the delivery date to cancel his or her purchase.

If a customer wishes to return the OVPNbox, any shipping cost is paid by the customer. If the OVPNbox is returned to us damaged, the customer is held responsible. The OVPNbox and all included items must be returned in their original packaging.

Changes in terms of service

No notification to customers is required if only small changes in the agreement is altered. OVPN will contact all customers by email if dramatic changes are made.

Illegal activities

Customers may not use our services to commit crimes. In the case of a crime being comitted, OVPN.se retains full rights to suspend the account in question without a refund.

Service uptime

OVPN.se aims to keep server uptime as high as possible. Active paying users get two minutes for every one minute of downtime that exceeds 0.5% downtime per calendar month.

Responsibility

OVPN.se is not to be held responsible for any damages or loss of income caused by using our services.

Disputes

All disputes that can not be resolved individually between OVPN and the involved parties will be resolved in Swedish court.
